Hmm, I too agree that beating, whipping and mixing has been still made easy with the electric mixers. Well, I am having a hand mixer for my easy cooking. I love it for its easy portability and simultaneous mixing up of different items. I can mix sugar and butter in one paddle at the same time I can whip egg in another paddle by just plugging this device to switch board. I would strongly recommend these hand electric mixers out of stand and stick mixers.
